These terms apply when you book an appointment with, or visit, any Chillbreeze Family Salon branch, or use this website.

Appointments & bookings
Bookings made through this website or WhatsApp are requests, confirmed by our branch team by return message. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on the day's schedule.

Pricing
Prices listed on this website reflect our current in-studio menu at the time of publishing and are shown per branch where confirmed. Prices marked "onwards" vary with hair length, product range and technician grade, and are confirmed in person before your service begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations
We understand plans change — please inform your branch as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, especially for bridal, makeup and long-duration appointments, so the slot can be offered to another client.

Patch tests & allergies
For colour, keratin, smoothening and other chemical treatments, please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand. A patch test may be recommended for new clients or new products.

Photography
With your consent, we may photograph your results for our portfolio, website or social media. You may decline at any time — just let your stylist know before your appointment.
